Toms Request...

Tom wanted a card for the student teacher at his school as she is off to her next placement next week and they have loved having her in the class. So cue him requesting a card from the Card Shop!!! (ME!!!) The whole class will be signing it to say thanks. How cute is that they are only Primary 4 ( Age 8 and 9)

He chose the image as he said he wanted a Pretty Lady with Flowers and this Dilly Beans Digi was perfect for the card. He also chose the papers and told me what Sentiment he wanted. He stood over me colouring so I used the right colours too!!! Hee hee bless him.

You just cant see the shine enough on this card, I used my Metallic Promarkers for the Silver and Blue along with my watercolour pencils for the rest.

Smeared and Smudged Blog Hop....

WOW Time does fly!!! Its time for the May Smeared and Smudged Group Blog Hop.  OI put my name down at the start of the month and boy did it creep up on me!!! Suddenly it was this week!!! ARGH!!! Knew what I was going to do but just hadn't got round to it. I swear someone stole a week!!! SO this month the Theme is ANYTHING GOES.

 I decided that I would make a home for my new paintbrushes. So I have recycled a Starbucks bottle that Jake left empty in the living room!!

I thought that Rick St Dennis Art on the Brain Digi Stamp would be perfect for my creation. 

You cant quite see but the ink bottle and the eyes are glossy as I used some Glossy Accents on them.

Morning All  Well its the weekend, Do you have any exciting plans? I am catching up on chores as Ive been poorly with a head cold this week and havent done as much as I should have. 

Mum wanted a card for My uncles Birthday which is the same day as mine (the 31st) He got a Niece for his 21st Birthday!!! He will be 60 this year so Mum wanted a special card for him (Eack that makes me.... well nearly a big number!!!)

I love this image from Delicious Doodles and thought it would be perfect for him. My Grandad used to work the horses on the farms when he was young.

Birthday Card Time....

Hi Everyone, 

May is the Great Birthday Busy month for me!! So here is the card I made for Mum to Give to Granny on Friday  I still have to make mine as well!!! My Granny will be 83!!!

Granny loves flowers so when I got this Lucy Cromwell Set I knew I could do something for her with it. I love the pretty pastel colours.  

 All nicely decoupaged up. I have used 3D Foam pads for a change!!! They have been sitting for years never being used so thought I had better use them!!!

Happy Birthday Baby Belle!!

Belle is 2 today. She got a lovely paddling pool for her birthday and has been playing in it all morning, looks like it might rain now though so back in and snuggled up!!!
