Somewhere over the Rainbow!!!!

Oh golly its been one of those days of rain here today. Well either rain or hail!!!Its freezing again too. WOW though just about dinner time we had a lovely rainbow. Every Cloud and all that!!!! 
One of my Neighbours wanted a couple of cards so here is the first one I have done for her. Its For Lilys Granny. (Lily is 14 months old)  I was having a rummage and found a whole pile of crafty stash that I have never used. So its getting played with now!!!!
